The Curse of Ilumina Mansion

“Darling, are you sure this is the right way?” said Lady One as she looks at her surroundings. “Pretty sure. It’s a little bit strange though. I mean, why is Alicia wanted to give us a vacation at a place like this?” said Nico while he drives his boom-boom car. “Yeah. Instead of being relax, I’m having goosebumps now,” said Lady One. After 5 hours of driving, Nico and his beloved, Lady One, finally arrived at the destination. In front of them, there is a big, abandoned mansion named Ilumina Mansion. “So, this is Ilumina Mansion huh? Pretty cool,” said Nico. “Cool?! There’s nothing cool about it! Legend said this mansion is haunted by a girl spirit. I don’t know her name but what I know that she dies by taking a suicide because her boyfriend is cheated,” said Lady One scared. “Uhh… that was a complicated story but it’s just a myth though. After all, this is the only place that far far away from society so we can relax from our job. You know? Defeating bad guy and always save the day,” said Nico. Nico saw his girlfriend who was scared and he took the initiative to hold her hand. “Don’t worry, Lady One. If there are ghost or monster or any other evil spirit in this mansion, my flower eye should be able to detect them. I’ll protect you no matter what, okay?” said Nico with a smile. “O… okay then. Thanks, darling,” said Lady One. Nico and One then enter Ilumina Mansion. *BOOM!* “AHHHH!” shout Lady One while she jumped into Nico. “It’s okay, Lady One. It’s just thunder,” said Nico while he hugs his beloved. “Luckily, we’re already inside this mansion so we don’t get wet. Fiuh!” said Nico again. “I think we have to find a bedroom so we can rest first,” said Lady One. “You’re right. Let’s go,” said Nico. “Geez, darling! Why are you look so calm?” said Lady One scared. “I’m used to fight a monster while I was in the Cumulonimbus City. You know, my big battle against The Olivias,” said Nico. “I see. But ghost and monster are two different things. You can’t slash the ghost with your blade and they can possess people,” said Lady One. “Don’t worry. Maybe if I encounter them in this mansion, I should take a selfie with them,” said Nico with a smile. “AH! Darling!” said Lady One. “Hahaha. Just kidding, Lady One,” said Nico with a big laugh. “Hmph!” said Lady One with a frown.

Nico and One finally found a bedroom. After they put their luggage, Nico and One are ready to rest. “Lady One, want to explore this mansion?” said Nico. “Explore?! NO! This mansion is already giving me a goosebump and I will not leave this bedroom until our vacation is over!” said Lady One. “C’mon Lady One. It’ll be fun. We could…” Nico’s conversation was cut short when he heard something downstairs. “What was that?!” said Lady One scared. “I should check it out,” said Nico. Lady One suddenly hold Nico’s hands. “I… I coming with you,” said Lady One. “Lady One…,” said Nico. “Just don’t leave me alone, darling. I’m… scared…” said Lady One. “Alright then Lady One but stay behind me, okay? It could be dangerous,” said Nico. After they arrived in downstairs, they see nothing. “I didn’t see anything,” said Nico. Lady One saw a group of skeletons that wanted to catch Nico. “What’s wrong, Lady One?” said Nico. “Darling… BEHIND YOU!” shouted Lady One. “HUH! Skeletons! Heheh! This should be fun. Stand back, Lady One! I’ll handle these freaks!” said Nico while he prepares his sword. “TAKE THIS! AND THIS! HAAAA!” said Nico while he attacks the skeletons. “Heh! Piece of cake!” said Nico. He suddenly saw his beloved look at the corridor. “What is it, Lady One? What did you look at?” said Nico.

Unfortunately, she didn’t answer Nico’s questions. “Lady One?” said Nico again. He decided to see what his girlfriend saw. He saw a mysterious shadowy figure in the corridor. It just stands there like asking to be approached. “This is weird. If that’s a ghost then why my flower eye doesn’t bloom?” said Nico. “HEY! YOU THERE! STOP STARING AT MY BELOVED OR ELSE I’M GONNA DESTROY YOU. IT DOESN’T MATTER IF YOU’RE A GHOST OR NOT!” shout Nico. The shadowy figure doesn’t move at all. It even made a shrill sound like someone laughing. Instead of being scared, Nico actually got angry. “It’s not funny at all, stupid ghost! Are you making fun of me? Fine then. I’M GONNA DESTROY YOU!” shout Nico. Nico then run and ready to chop that ghost with his blade. Unfortunately, the shadowy figure disappeared as Nico is getting closer. “Where’s that stupid ghost go?!” said Nico confused. He then back to his girlfriend. “It’s okay Lady One. That ghost is already banished. Now let’s get back to the bedroom and get some rest. It’s been a long day, huh,” said Nico. “Yes…” said Lady One with a cold stare. “Whoa Lady One. Your hands are cold. You sure you okay?” said Nico. “Yes…” said Lady One. “Maybe you’re just a little bit tired,” said Nico with smile. When they got to the bedroom, Nico didn’t realize that his beloved’s reflection didn’t appear in the mirror. “That’s weird. What kind of magic mirror is this?” said Nico. He looks at his girlfriend and he still see his beloved with her cold stare. “Get some sleep, Lady One. I want to go to the toilet first. I… have a stomach ache, hehehe,” said Nico with a smile. Lady One didn’t say a word and still with her cold stare.

“Help me… darling… that’s not… me,” said a mysterious voice.
“Fuhh! A diarrhea at time like this? Not cool, Nico! Not cool!” said Nico to himself. When he came out of the toilet, Nico didn’t realize that his beloved was gone. “Where’s Lady One go? Lady One?! LADY ONE!” shout Nico. “Oh no! Something terrible must’ve happened to her! I gotta hurry and find Lady One fast!” said Nico panicked. Room after room, corridor after corridor but still no sign of Lady One. “Shoot! What am I gonna do? Huh? Who’s there?!” said Nico. “Heheheheheh…” said the mysterious figure. “Tha… That’s… ME!” shout Nico. “HEHEHEHAHAHAHA!” the mysterious figure is laughing at Nico. In front of him there’s a figure that looked like Nico but with bloody red eye. “That’s one spooky look on my face! WHERE’S LADY ONE?! TELL ME!” shout Nico. The mysterious figure then leave Nico. “A race it is. I better follow him,” said Nico. Nico then chase the mysterious figure that look like himself until he cornered. “Alright freak! There’s nowhere to run! Where’s Lady One?!” said Nico angry. The mysterious figure then suddenly changing form. “Wha… it’s changing! Now it looks like Lady One! Wait a minute!” said Nico. Suddenly, Nico finally realized that the one he had been holding with him was a ghost. No wonder he felt his beloved’s hands were cold and his face was pale. “YOU! You tricked me! This is the last time I asking you! Where… is… Lady… ONE?!” shout Nico. The mysterious figure doesn’t move at all. “THAT’S IT! I HAD ENOUGH! TAKE THIS!” shout Nico. He then attacked the mysterious figure and suddenly the ground is shaking. Voice like laughing, whisper, cry, angry is come out and messing with Nico’s mind. “Tsk! I can’t take it… anymore!” said Nico. After sometimes, the voice are finally over. In front of him, there’s a figure in a white dress and bloody eye. “That’s… could that be a girl spirit that Lady One told before?” said Nico. “Heheheheh… is that fear that I smell?” said the ghost girl to Nico. “Finally, a ghost that could actually talk,” said Nico. “By the way, that’s not fear. I’m just tired running around of this mansion. I don’t know anything about you. Not even your name,” said Nico. “You may call me… Ilumina. In the meantime, try not to die. Because I will take your soul, like your pathetic beloved. I hate seeing couple that dare to enter this mansion!” said the ghost girl. “See Ilumina. Now we’re knowing each other. So, what’s your favorite food when you’re still alive? Did you like a long romantic walk on a beach? Why are you taking Lady One’s soul? You can skip the first two questions if you want,” said Nico to the ghost girl. “The reason I’m taking your girlfriend’s soul is none of your concerns,” said Ilumina. “Excuse me? But you’ve GOT to tell me why are you hurting Lady One! I INSIST!” said Nico. “Your insistence is futile!” said the ghost girl. Suddenly, the dimension is changing. “Whoa… whoa… whoa…,” said Nico. “This is a spirit realm. I will end your life in here, human!” said Ilumina. “Heh! We’ll see about that!” said Nico. They started to attack each other. Human vs ghost. “Tell me, why are you hurting Lady One? Don’t tell me you’re jealous to us!” said Nico. “ARGHHHHH! JUST DIE ALREADY, HUMAN!” said Ilumina. “Not a chance!” said Nico. “Why don’t you die just like my ex-boyfriend!” said the ghost girl. “AHA! You’re just jealous to us. You haunt that mansion because you’re taking a suicide due to your boyfriend is cheating!” said Nico. “SHUT UP! YOU DON’T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HIM!” said Ilumina. They keeps fighting until Nico had a chance to do his final blow to Ilumina. “If you simply cannot forgive your ex-boyfriend and finds new lover… then don’t… committing… a… SUICIDE!” said Nico while he uppercuts the ghost. “WUAAAAA… I’m gonna defeat you, Nico! I am… IMMORTAL!” shout Ilumina. “Bye-bye!” said Nico. “Ooff… my body… I’m gonna…,” He then passed out due to his energy are draining out.

The next morning…
“Uhh… where am I?” said Nico. “Wakey wakey, darling,” said Lady One. “Lady One! You’re save!” said Nico while he hugs his beloved. “Of course. Thank you for rescuing me from that creepy ghost. You’re my hero,” said Lady One. “Uh… hehe… you’re embarrassing me. Say, let’s get out of this place and find another place where we can relax. A haunted mansion is not our style, huh,” said Nico. “Yeah. Let’s go,” said Lady One with a smile. Nico and Lady One then leave the mansion and go for another adventures.
